The research arises from the recognition of work carried out by external entities in informal situations and a functional analysis of these is proposed. It is proposed to make a contribution to the organization by evaluating the work it carries out in the settlements on the outskirts of the city and the trajectory of its interventions in view of the lack of documentation on these.

The emergency housing that the organization implements throughout the country in communities in disadvantaged situations is studied. An evaluation of post-construction housing is carried out to assess and understand how, over time, this housing progresses and grows with the family, adapting to their needs. What is abundant in the romanticised reality of a Caribbean country for its beaches and luxury resorts?
